Typically orders are received in 20 business days for flat markers & 8-10 weeks for uprights.

Free Shipping - Our prices include shipping within the Contiguous US (excluding Hawaii/Alaska). Once your order ships you will be emailed tracking information.

Estimated Arrival:

Flat Markers - Delivered in 20 business days from purchase date/final rendering approval.

Upright Headstones - Delivered in 8-10 weeks from purchase date/final rendering approval.

Custom Sizes - Delivery windows can vary for custom orders.

Expedited shipping: We offer 10-business day turn around & delivery for an additional fee ($99 - $300) - see prices at checkout.

Insured Shipments: We ship all orders with insurance. If your order is damaged or lost during shipping then we will replace your stone at no cost to you. 

Smaller Items: Flat Markers and porcelain memorial photos will ship via FedEx or USPS.

Larger Items: For upright headstones, bevel, slant and flat markers above 28″x16″x3″ will be shipped on a pallet through LTL freight.

Important: LTL drivers will not unload the stone from the truck for commercial addresses; funeral homes/cemeteries. Therefore, someone must be present during the delivery to both sign for the stone and unload from the truck. Shipments to residential addresses will be unloaded for curbside delivery.
